**YOUR ROLE**:

- Market Analysis and Strategy for South East Asia Region:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the Textile, Apparel, and Fashion manufacturing industries
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Work with local sales teams to develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Work with local sales teams to negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Product Knowledge and Innovation:

- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products and introduce new solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation to stay ahead in the market.
- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, key account managers, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business development plan.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Textile/Apparel Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs for Textile, Apparel, and Fashion manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent English language skills
