Renewable Development Managerurgent Job

Specifically, the work involves:

- Participating various wind project development to achieve 10GW renewables target of Sembcorp by 2025, supporting local technical and business development teams to optimize project yield and returns
- Providing technical assessment and support, including energy yield analysis, existing asset performance analysis based on actual wind data and Power Curve Verification Test (PCVT), PLF number for investment case, calculate and advise losses for wind/hybrid projects, met mast planning and installation, wind data management, site suitability analysis, wind farm layout optimization, energy forecast
- Developing internal standards for the Sembcorp Group in the areas of project evaluation, engineering capabilities and technical assurance.
- Acting as the focal point for the technical knowledge and advanced wind technology expert to adopt within the Sembcorp Group.
- Conducting technical services and/or technical due diligence for technical and engineering aspects of both green field and brown field renewable projects.
- Quantifying the reliability and economic benefits of projects and technologies.

Wind projects will cover across a wide range of scenarios, technical review, scoping and feasibility of project development. The role will also support and participate actively in business development, articulating the advantages of various projects and working collaboratively with markets counterparts to develop opportunity-specific use cases.

- No. of Years of Experience: 5 - 15 years
- Minimum Educational Requirement, & any industry preference
- Experience in energy resource planning, farm design and project development in the wind power sector will be an added advantage
- Good Knowledge in Renewables Energy Technology
- Technical competencies/ Skills required
- Hands on experience in WRA software like Windogrpher, Global mapper WAsP, WindPro, WindFarmer and other data retrieving tools for resource assessment
- Behavioral competencies required
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Problem solving skills, effective planning skills
- Good presentation skills in Power Point
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills, technical writing, and presentation skills
- A driven person with can do attitude

**Work location: Singapore, China, India, Vietnam. Relocation assistance possible
