The Customer S ervice Officer is responsible for
**Core Responsibilities**:
Process customers’ orders
Follow up and update on inbound shipments to customers (Indent sales)
Update and maintain customer details and selling prices in the SAP system
Follow up on AR collection
Attend and follow through customers complaints
Work on monthly Demand Forecast with customers and Sales Team.
Upload/submit JDA Demand forecast on a monthly basis.
Produce monthly OTIF & POM report
Follow up for orders from customers
**Examples**:
Product costing - Analysis and interpretation of manufacturing variable and fixed costs. Producing and monitoring Intercompany and Inter regional pricing.
**Mandatory requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Work experience in customer services.
English fluency, both written and spoken.
**Desirable requirements**:
SAP experience is advantageous.
Working knowledge of food ingredient industry is desirable.
Second language is desirable.
**Required behaviors and skills**:
Good at manage works, closely follow up, quick responds, and take a good organization, high responsibility, independent.
Strong interpersonal skill, team player and enjoy working with people at all levels.
Adapt with a new and strange circumstance easily and can work under high pressure. Can work independently or with mínimal supervision
Good at MS Office, English
