Job Responsibilities _/ Phạm vi công việc_
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and operational excellence
- Support HR Operations on develop policies/guidelines and implement related to various HR processes
- Work closely with our HR functions to ensure that the developed processes are well-communicated and implemented
- Focus on Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement within existing HR processes and contribute ideas to make our operations more efficient and effective.
- Assist in executing Legal changes such as actions plan on new work rule, insurance law(communication plan, documents, or process changes)
- Support on monitoring contract renewal process including communication plan and implementation plan including Labor Contract, Elderly Contract, Services Contract;
- Assist in working and monitoring HRSS execution to meet the service quality
- Support on monitoring the PIP process to ensure the required actions in place from various internal teams, and the documents are well collected
- Support to work on items related Relocation services, work permit management
- Support to update HR Operating Manual to ensure compliance with local and group regulations
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Support Health & Well-being project to carry on the activities aligned with the plan
- Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Company’s Management

Qualifications / _Bằng cấp_
- Currently a Last-Year Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Knowledge and skill / _Kiến thức và kỹ năng_
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication/ Negotiation skill
- Fluent English.
- Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
