**Job summary**:
An excellent National Retail Store Director position has just arisen at one of the world's leading retail companies.

As the National Retail Store Director, you will be responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Forecast, analyze the retail business environment, evaluate indicators (customers, specific regions, product lines, market segments, consumption trends,) to determine prospects, business opportunities and GAP points to develop appropriate development strategies and regional retail business plans
- Identify and establish business strategies/tactics from time to time to promote and develop retail activities for the company chain of stores (store system development, sales type, business development). revenue, develop customer groups, improve service and effective customer experience, manage, and optimize operating costs,...)
- Implement business plan for chain stores according to short-term and long-term goals
- Regularly monitor and evaluate business strategy/tactics, urge the team to accomplish goals, always have forecasts and suggestions on the business situation as well as factors that may affect costs. and overall business strategy
- Build, implement and maintain customer care programs to ensure the highest customer satisfaction in terms of quality and service, increasing the customer experience at the chain stores.
- Orient, develop and implement operating standards for the chain store system, ensure that the store system is operated in accordance with the company's standards and orientation.
- Ensure the team complies and executes tasks in accordance with the company's processes, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate & participate in the development of training and coaching materials based on the strategic goals of the organization. Directly conduct training and coaching for the team, always inspire, promote thinking, motivate employees to learn to develop talent and build a successor team for the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the position of Director of Operations / Director of Business Development in chain and retail systems
- Understanding of business operations and competitiveness in the retail industry
- Good strategic thinking
- Business planning and management
- Negotiation
- Problem solving and decision-making.
- Good Leadership
- Proficient in Office
- Fluency in English

**Education requirements**:

- Graduated from University or above.
