Sales Director

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam EMPLOYMENT VIETNAM Full time

Main duties:

- Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio.
- Managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience.
- Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of Sales targets.
- Increase market share and correct product positioning.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the sales team reporting.
- A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
- Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his sales team.
- Works closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.
- Report to New Business Development Division in Taiwan.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration or IT/ Telecommunications or related major.
- **At least 5 years in sales experience in POS industry (no matter was in POS hardware or software sector)**:

- Must have knowledge of international trade, knowing how to assist customer handling the importing issues.
- Influencing, persuading, negotiating and Hard worker.
- Leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
