As the sales and marketing director, you will develop, implement, and adjust accordingly, sales and marketing strategies to meet budgeted occupancy and sales goals.

You will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning, moreover implementing new sales plans.

In addition, you're responsible for ensuring a cohesive sales and marketing team in compliance with the Company's marketing vision.

As the director, you will manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

Job description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals. Identify target markets, analyze market trends, and devise strategies to position the center competitively.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the center's English language programs. This includes developing advertising materials, online and offline marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and managing the center's website content.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential students. Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication, personalized followups, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the center's brand message is effectively communicated across all marketing channels. Maintain brand consistency in marketing materials and activities to establish a strong presence in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics, understand customer needs, and evaluate competitors' offerings. Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, language agencies, and other relevant organizations to expand the center's reach and create collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Sales Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key sales and marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and present findings to management.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the return on investment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and gather feedback to continuously improve the center's offerings.


In summary, as a Sales and Marketing Director for an English teaching center, your role involves formulating effective sales and marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, generating leads, nurturing partnerships, and achieving enrollment targets to drive the growth of the center's English language programs.

  • 40 hours per week.

  • Mainly at iTeach's Phu Nhuan office
- iTeach's off-site event locations if assigned

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often required. Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry or language training sector, is highly desirable. Leadership experience and a track record of successfully managing sales and marketing teams are also important.
  • Knowledge of

English Language Education:
A strong understanding of the English language learning market and trends is essential.

Familiarity with various English language proficiency tests (such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge exams) and an understanding of different teaching methodologies and curriculum frameworks are valuable assets.

You should possess a solid background in sales and marketing strategies, including market research, branding, advertising, digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
