OVERVIEW

The Unit Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales activities in the North and managing the sales teams.

Ensure the growth and development of the territory in alignment with the Company’s strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business plan development and execution
- Develop/ revise the business plan of the South in alignment with the Company’s strategy and annual plan.
- Define clear KPI for each Region, ensuring to meet the sales objectives and sales target on a monthly quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor, control sales performance daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually to come up with appropriate action plans and interventions.
- Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to the sales team to ensure sales operation meet the target
- Cooperate closely with related departments/ functions to keep a high level of service to customers.
- Develop a roadmap for market expansion, focusing on cluster presence to ensure operational sustainability.
- Prepare and control budget on regular basis, ensuring to improve efficiency from time to time.
- Prevent the fraud, identify potential risks, and minimize them.

Staff development and management
- Bring in the right people for all positions in cooperation with HR and line managers.
- Build and strengthen the capacity of staff through coaching, reflection team meetings, and or necessary training.
- Manage concerned staff, including recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation
- Engage all staff in the North through regular communication on the direction and development of the North and the Company.

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- People management skills
- Ability to work under high pressure.
