Job Requirements

This is the important position in the Company who will be responsible for planning and leading agency communication in line with Sales strategic activity roadmap, agent’s way of working and the company’s culture. The person is also expected to deliver agility in communication execution (online, offline, social platform, internal & external channels ) with initiatives and creativity. This position is based Chubb Life Vietnam offices and will be directly reporting to Head of Events & Activations.

Position Description
- To plan, lead & supervise the communication planning and execution as per company’s strategic business objectives and sales activity calendar.
- To actively design in agent’s experience improvement journey via communication protocol, digital innovation development and creative/agile event organizing.
- To cooperate with Event team/ Creative team and work closely with other crossed functionsto deliver vendor briefing, proposal screening, evaluation and appropriate communication to agents on event preparation/changes/updates.
- To account for project liquidation and post evaluation with integrity on assigned projects.
- To manage, support and be in-charge of local production parts in regional/global events (if any).
- Ensure a steady flow of relevant competitive information is provided to Senior Management, Sales, and Product Management teams.
- Identify and evaluate industry, market and product trends, existing and emerging competitors, investment platform intelligence, and other factors affecting the event environment.
- Proactively develop individual industry relationships through one-on-one conversations and meetings.
- Encourage a flow of information to and from internal contacts, to capture intelligence gathered in the field.
- Select and manage event vendors, identifying and recommending new sources of vendors.

**Position Responsibility**:

- Support Head of Events & Activations in planning the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Be responsible for project briefing when appropriate, work closely with Purchasing Team in vendor selection, scoring, negotiation, and evaluation.
- Planning in yearly/quarterly/monthly communication plan building up together with Function Head, Agency & PD sales and sales operations team, act as a single lead in assigned projects to update and communicate changes to involved functions.
- Supervise results with expected quality, KPIs, frequency, agility, and budget.
- Prepare master timelines/checklists for assigned projects and coordinate effectively with involved parties to execute the projects.
- Follow up on project progress and support project members to ensure all work is completed on schedule and as required.
- Report in time, identify communication plan’s problems that arise during project implementation and propose solutions with least impact on quality and resources.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Working closely with the local team, this person will be the key agency communication-related person for the country.

**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**: Interacts with mid-levels throughout the organization, both internal and external - including but not limited to customers, agencies, leaders and vendors; coordinates and liaises with regional and local leaders, as well as vendors and media.

Work Experience

The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the position of Communication Supervisor/Assistant Manager or a similar role.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, work independently and work under pressure, tight timelines.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in working in event function/working in Insurance industry is a plus.
- Time, project and work management skills.
- Travel is required.
- Professional, confident, careful, calm and mature personality.
- Must be bilingual with ability to read and write Vietnamese and English fluently, good translation capability.
