Assistant to HR Business Partner, Vng Solutions

Support all functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development;
- Closely work with the Recruitment Team to deliver effective recruitment support and specific campaigns as needed;
- Identify training needs for the business unit and individual executive coaching needs. Closely work with the L&D team to conduct training needs analysis, identify and implement learning & development programs to support the business needs;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Support C&B and OD projects for assigned business units;
- Take responsibility for employees from onboarding (orientation, probation, performance tracking) to resignation (exit interview, termination process)
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
- Manage and ensure the organizational chart is up to date according to organizational changes
- Assist in the production of reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
- Coordinates events or special administrative projects

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business-related fields
- At least 2 years of experience working as HR generalist
- If you have not worked as HR generalist before but you're solid at one HR function and willing to learn more about others that would be great too.
- General knowledge of Labor Law
- Good understanding of data analytics
- Excellent communication; being open-minded, proactive in giving feedback and proposing initiatives
- Good command of verbal and written Vietnamese and English, good writing and documentation conception
- Good interpersonal skills; keeping the balance between diplomatic approach and decision-making process when providing HR consultancy or resolving issues
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- High confidentiality commitment and integrity
