Solutions Consultant, Digital Business

Solution Consultant works closely with the sales department to help inform, educate, and influence partners and end users of VNG Cloud product offerings.
- Responsibilities include the ability to present and raise awareness of VNG cloud messaging to varying numbers and levels of decision-makers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct onsite and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations
- Manage POCs (if required) for technical closure
- Support lead-generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.
- Collaborate with the customer/partners to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Independently consult with the customer base to provide technical expertise on VNG cloud offerings
- Work closely with the sales and channel department to secure new customers and partners
- Work closely with Product / Engineering Management to provide feedback on VNG Products and Services to customers

**Yêu cầu**:

- Demonstrated solution sales and/or technical presales experience (prefer >= 5 years experience in the same role or level)
- Industry-based experience in computing (server, virtualization, container), storage, network, and/or cloud-based technologies are strongly desired (prefer >= 3 years experience in the same role or level)
- Industry-based experience with cloud services and IT management is a plus
- Experience working with IT, project, or business management frameworks
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and be able to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to proactively and effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to facilitate, drive decisions collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and ensure follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
- Good time management skills are required
- Good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to groups
- Industry-relevant professional certifications in IT Management, Project Management, or Business Management are desirable and a plus
- IT Bachelor or IT Engineer degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
