Develop business and client portfolio: Build and maintain strong, long
- lasting customer relationships. Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement to increase sales quotas.
- Support managers to organise local events.
- Proactively approaches and interacts with communities and groups on social media.
- Facilitate timely and relevant communication between Europe and Asia offices.
- Support partners and users in using the platform.
- Participate in planning and implementing sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure and maintain the company brand image on the support channel.
- Build communities online and convert them into sales.
- Target merchants and drive sales through their communities and groups.

- Essential Skills:
- Experience in the e
- commerce space is an advantage.
- Proven experience to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying attention to details,
- Strong community builder.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Be proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
