Leasing Manager

Provide tenant/occupier counsel, strategic guidance, planning, disposal and acquisition advice, lease surrender and/or reorganization rent review advice and negotiation, financial analysis, and excellent negotiating.
- Work together to predict leasing targets for the quarter, half-year, and year with the leasing director, branch director, and team members.
- Develop yearly budgets, use strong financial management to report on medium-term financial projections, and work that is still being done throughout the Division to ensure that budgets are met and/or surpassed.
- Ensure effective processes, metrics, and internal controls are in place to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and management of the Divisional State P&L.
- Maintain standards for debtors and do other tasks as assigned by the divisional manager.
- Participate in meetings and interactions with important tenant accounts, such as those that company has headed or the Reginal or National accounts of tenants.
- Seek out and bargain exclusive tenant representation contracts with global, multinational businesses.
- Updated market and industry-specific information relevant to customers businesses and investments should be provided (if necessary).
- Maintain constant contact with the database of current tenants to discuss local growth, relocation, and market expansion as well as to keep track of the clients lease expiry dates and other important information.
- Perform a local market research for the available inventory and rival properties to guarantee correct marketing and competitive pricing in relation to market rent, tenant upgrades, rental abatement, etc.
- Training and mentoring workers is necessary to ensure that they have the necessary system and technical abilities to support their area of responsibility.
- Help the marketing team to promote and advertise allocated properties to the brokerage industry and end users via marketing websites and other resources.
BA degree in Marketing/Hospitality/Commercial or related major At least 2+ years of work experience in real estate Fluent in English Good computer skills Real Estate Broker’s Certificate is a plus Understanding of Vietnam's real estate market's current tendencies. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work well with other managers and the public.
