- Lên kế hoạch khuyến mãi (onpost/ offpost) hàng tháng, hàng quý để đảm bảo doanh số hàng tháng (monthly sale target) được giao.
- Làm việc với khách hàng (buyer) để chào (listing) các sản phẩm mới (NPD) của công ty.
- Làm việc nội bộ (internal) & khách hàng (buyer) để cung cấp đủ hàng hóa (stock), date (Hạn Sử Dụng) theo yêu cầu của siêu thị.
- Quản lý nhân viên thực hiện việc trưng bày (merchandising, POSM), khuyến mãi (promotion), hàng tồn (stock) tại siêu thị (instore)
- Một số công việc khác quản lý phân công
**Job Requirements**:
- Đã có kinh nghiệm cùng ngành hàng FMCG, 1 năm trở lên tại vị trí tương đương KAM, B2B
- Lương: 14-17tr Gross (tổng thu nhập khoảng 21tr) (đóng BH trên 70-80% lương)
- Thời gian làm việc: T2- 15h ngày T7
- Other benefits: hoa hồng theo tháng, ko có hoa hồng quý, tháng 13 cố định, performance bonus.

Prefer: trẻ, năng động, có kinh nghiệm marketing, bán hàng FMCG thực phẩm qua các kênh MT, GT, và kinh nghiệm B2B
