- Tư vấn và hỗ trợ khách hàng
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng về các chương trình di trú, điều kiện và quy trình nộp hồ sơ
- Giải đáp các thắc mắc và cung cấp thông tin chính xác cho khách hàng
- Thẩm định sơ bộ hồ sơ khách hàng và đưa ra các lựa chọn công việc/ chương trình định cư, du học phù hợp.
- Tính toán chi phí cho toàn bộ quá trình từ lúc nộp hồ sơ đến khi định cư/ du học kèm với rủi ro và cơ hội
- Phát triển khách hàng mới:

- Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng thông qua các kênh khác nhau như mảng xã hội, sự kiện, hội thảo và đối tác liên kết
- Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại và khách hàng tiềm năng
- Quản lý hồ sơ
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình chuẩn bị hồ sơ di trú
- Đảm bảo hồ sơ của khách hàng được nộp đúng hạn và theo dõi tiến độ xử lý hồ sơ

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Quyền lợi
- Mức lương từ 12tr-15tr, + thưởng theo doanh số
- Được đóng các khoản BHXH theo quy định của nhà nước
- Mức tăng lương hàng năm tuỳ vào năng lực làm việc mà Công ty sẽ xem xét đánh giá
- Được tham dự các khoá huấn luyện chuyên môn
- Có cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp, thăng tiến cao

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm trong lĩnh vực tư vấn, bán hàng hoặc dịch vụ bán hàng và đặc biệt ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực tư vấn di trú định cư Canada
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng thuyết phục và đàm phán
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
- Nhanh nhẹn, năng động, tỉ mỉ và có trách nhiệm với công việc
- Chăm chỉ, thật thà, tôn trọng đồng nghiệp
