- Execute customer’s service requirements regards to Documentation (Submit SI/VGM/AMS/ACI/EMN/INV/ Pre-alert..) from Hong Kong/China to US/CA
- Coordinate with customers and HK/SZ colleagues to fulfill the job
- Coordinate carriers/ worldwide agents to handle shipments
- Solving all the matters/ problems related to operation jobs
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
- Prepare reports, update system timely and accurately
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 2 years working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarder.
- Graduated from College/University of Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import-Export or relevant field.
- English: At least good reading and writing skills.
- Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office.
