(Mức lương: 13 - 17 triệu VNĐ)
- Work with Sales/Calculation, Production, Warehousing, and Accounting independently, to arrange all needed input to execute the process, and trouble shoots missing/incorrect information.
- Plan shipments and arrange documentation (invoices, packing list, CO, Form B, E ) in support of service company to facilitate shipments/domestic and international transport, handles exceptions, and trouble shoots issues.
- Manage HS codes and input correct, current, and timely information into the Vietnamese customs system.
- Works with service company to control deadlines of important & export consignments and actively supports with problem solving when issues occur.
- Manages import under processing and works with relevant departments to secure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Understand relevant rules and regulations and optimize to have the lowest possible cost while ensuring compliance.
- Develop and maintain cost effective service partner network (forwarders, ETC).
- Supports in solving problems in cooperation with all involved parties.
- Support in the “Purchasing to Accounting” document flow needed to complete payment processes.
- Keep all stakeholders (internal departments, customers, ETC ) informed.
