**MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ**

**VNDIRECT** đang tìm kiếm ứng viên tiềm năng cho** **vị trí **Relationship Manager **thuộc khối Financial Institutions Division tại Chi nhánh Hồ Chí Minh với vai trò:

- Đảm trách năng lực phát triển, duy trì và quan hệ hợp tác kinh doanh toàn diện với nhóm khách hàng.
- Định chế tài chính và thị trường mục tiêu theo định hướng của VNDIRECT.

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Thực hiện các công việc nhằm mục tiêu phát triển - duy trì các quan hệ đa chiều lên đến cấp quản lý cao nhất tại mỗi khách hàng/đối tác FI.
- Chịu trách nhiệm kết nối các điểm tiếp cận trong cơ cấu tổ chức hoạt động của Khách hàng với các đầu mối tại VNDIRECT nhằm mục đích triển khai hợp tác kinh doanh dịch vụ - sản phẩm - giải pháp giữa VND và Khách hàng.
- Mô tả các loại hình hợp tác kinh doanh - dịch vụ - sản phẩm - giải pháp bao gồm:
+ Các hoạt động trên thị trường vốn và ngân hàng đầu tư.

+ Các hoạt động hợp tác bán chéo sản phẩm: Trái phiếu, chứng chỉ quỹ

+ Hợp tác kết nối dịch vụ thanh toán, bán chéo eKYC,

+ Cấu trúc giải pháp hợp tác với đối tác.
- Trách nhiệm báo cáo:
+ Báo cáo tổng thể hợp tác kinh doanh giữa Công ty với khách hàng được giao quản lý định kỳ/đột xuất theo yêu cầu.

+ Báo cáo nhiệm vụ công việc được giao cho Cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**1. Trình độ học vấn**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành đào tạo: Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Ngoại thương, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kế toán.

**2. Kinh nghiệm làm việc**
- Từ 05-06 năm kinh nghiệm làm tại các doanh nghiệp lớn phụ trách mảng Tài chính, hoặc Quản lý khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn tại các định chế tài chính, hoặc kinh nghiệm trong mảng FI của các Định chế tài chính.
- Có chứng chỉ chuyên môn CFA, ACCA, CPA là một lợi thế.

**3. Kiến thức/ Năng lực chuyên môn/ Kỹ năng**
- Kỹ năng xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh, kế hoạch hành động và khả năng kiểm soát tiến độ đảm bảo đạt kết quả mục tiêu.
- Am hiểu cơ cấu hoạt động của đối tượng Khách hàng Định chế tài chính.
- Kỹ năng thương lượng, đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Chủ động trong công việc, linh hoạt, có khả năng thích ứng với môi trường và các điều kiện kinh doanh thay đổi.
- Khả năng viết, nói, trình bày (presentation) lưu loát bằng cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt (TOEIC tối thiểu 800) hoặc các chứng chỉ ngoại ngữ tương đương.

**4. Năng lực cốt lõi (Giá trị cốt lõi VND)**:

- Có hệ tư tưởng và tư duy phù hợp với giá trị cốt lõi của VINDIRECT (IPAM & 4C).

**2. Thu nhập theo năng lực**
- Thu nhập xứng đáng theo năng lực và giá trị đóng góp.
- Được xem xét và đánh giá điều chỉnh thu nhập hàng năm.
- Trong 02 tháng thử việc hưởng 85% thu nhập, được truy lĩnh 15% sau khi ký hợp đồng chính thức (tương đương 100% trong thời gian thử việc).
- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo đúng quy định luật lao động.
- Các bảo hiểm sức khỏe và bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24.

**3. Tổ chức học tập và văn hóa sôi nổi**
- Không gian làm việc mở với trang thiết bị hiện đại.
- Các hoạt động văn hóa, thiện nguyện phong phú và sôi nổi.
