Student Recruitment Event Intern

**Job Description**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1/ Student Ambassador**
- Recruit, select, and train student ambassadors to support Campus tour, workshop and other activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student ambassadors, addressing any issues or concerns they may have
- Coordinate and schedule student ambassador training activities, updating program info session ensuring alignment with Student recruitment and Business Development Department’ s goal and objective
- Collaborate with Admissions to identify opportunities for students’ involvement in admission initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of student ambassadors, providing feedback and report on the effectiveness of student ambassador programs

**2/ Logistic**
- Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to the event management team
- Assist in drafting event proposals, timelines, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Help manage event registrations and guest lists, ensuring timely responses and accurate records.

**3/ Customer Care Activities**
- Gather and analyze feedback post-event to assist in the evaluation and planning of future events.
- Maintain organized files and databases related to event planning and execution.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSIGNMENT**:

- A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
