**BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (BUV)**

British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and Staffordshire University. BUV is rated a 5 Star university of excellence by the world recognised QS accreditor and is also recognized with a University-wide accreditation from the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).

BUV has three main brand drivers:

- Offering accredited British and international higher education and training in Vietnam.
- Providing 5-star university campuses, learning spaces, and services.

Established in 2009, BUV provides teaching for undergraduate and graduate programmes. Employability rates for students are exceptionally high with 100% of graduates from BUV either employed or continuing higher education within 3 months after graduation.

**POSITION PURPOSE**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketer with a comprehensive understanding of the online marketing landscape. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a wide range of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data analysis skills, and a strategic approach to marketing.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

**Lead Generation (40%)**
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
- SEO Project Management: Proven track record of managing at least 1 SEO project end-to-end with demonstrable results.
- Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure website optimization for user experience, conversions, and SEO performance.
- Landingpage Builder: Gather briefing from stakeholders and create effective CRO landing page which supports Performance Ads team.
- Third-Party Agency Management: Effectively manage relationships and projects with third-party agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives

**Customer Nurturing (30%)**
- CRM Management: Work with CRM systems to track customer data, segment audiences, and personalize marketing communications. Participation in a CDP project as a project member is a plus.

**Data And Automation Workflow (20%)**
- Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

**General (10%)**
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**

**COMPETENCIES **_(knowledge, skills, and abilities)_**
- Essential _
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in education field is an asset;
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges;
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;
- Ability to transform data into actionable insight;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Planning and process management skills
- Basic practice of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- SEO Project Management: Proven track record of managing at least 1 SEO project end-to-end with demonstrable results.
- Manage advertising budget up to 500M/ month
