Job Purpose/ Mục đích:
1. Lead development and implementation of assigned CAT and coordinate with sales force to execute the plan to reach trade objectives within the approved budget.

Phụ trách phát triển và thực thi theo chiến lược ngành hàng và phối hợp với đội ngũ bán hàng tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch đề ra nhằm đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh trong phạm vi ngân sách được duyệt.

2. Lead growth of CATs deeply on AOP and to customize business strategy in long term.

Dẫn dắt các ngành hàng phát triển có chiều sâu theo chiến lược kinh doanh theo năm và định hướng chiến lược kinh doanh theo mục tiêu dài hạn.

Key Duties / Nhiệm vụ:
1. Build specific channel on Trade Category plan to align with Trade Marketing Plan to deliver CAT objectives so that it could maximize business goal on AOP.

Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển ngành hàng theo từng kênh bán hàng cụ thể dựa trên chiến lược tổng quan nhằm đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh tối đa theo chiến lược hoạt động tổng thể của công ty.

2. Identify sales opportunities and allocate funds for each activity while analyzing potential growth and risks of CAT.

Nhận biết cơ hội bán hàng và phân bổ ngân sách cho từng hoạt động khi phân tích sự tăng trưởng tiềm năng cũng như ngăn ngừa rủi ro có thể xảy ra.

3. Propose and execute trade marketing activities and drive go-to-market on CAT growth Plan on approved budget.

Đề xuất và thực thi hoạt động kích hoạt kích hoạt bán hàng hướng tới mục tiêu thâm nhập thị trường có chiều sâu theo kế hoạch phát triển ngành hàng trong phạm vi ngân sách được phân bổ.

4. Allocate and mornitor POSM to ensure sales force to execute the most effiecient in ternm of Trade spending.

Phân bổ và giám sám các vật dụng hỗ trợ trưng bày quãng cáo đảm bảo đội ngũ bán hàng thực thi hiệu quả nhất theo ngân sách được duyệt.

5. Work closekly with sales force to collect market information and propose sales initiative to protect product presence at POS and to macth Trade objectives with each market needs.

Thường xuyên liên lạc với đội ngũ bán hàng để thu thập thông tin thị trường và đưa ra các sáng kiến bán hàng nhằm bảo vệ sự hiện diện sản phẩm tại điểm bán, phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh theo từng đặc thù thị trường.

6. Be responsible for handling paper-works involved Trade Marketing department (Licenses, promotion announcement, )

Chịu trách nhiệm xử lý công việc liên quan đến thủ tục hành chánh của phòng Tiếp Thị Thương Mại (giấy phép, thông báo khuyến mãi nộp cho cơ sở ban ngành liên quan).

7. Monthly evaluate the channel activities to have better view on Trade Category Activity.

Đánh giá các chương trình hỗ trợ hàng tháng để từ đó ngày càng nâng cao hiệu quả đầu tư cho ngành hàng phụ trách.

8. Monthly Review and analyse to do the Sales forecast on and channel activities on CAT to propose trade activity plan for each market needs.

Đánh giá và phân tích dự báo bán hàng dựa vào nhu cầu thị trường hàng tháng trên ngành hàng phụ trách và đề xuất hoạt động kinh doanh từng nhu cầu thị trường.

9. Other tasks are requested by Trade Marketing Manager and Board of Director.

Những nhiệm vụ khác được yêu cầu bởi Trưởng Phòng Tiếp Thị Thương Mại và Ban Giám Đốc.

1.At least1-2years experiences at the same position in Consumer Goods.

Ít nhất 02 năm làm vị trị tương đương nhành hàng tiêu dùng.

2.Good at communication, outstanding customer service mindset.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tư tưởng phục vụ tiêu chuẩn cao.

3.Graduate from University, especially in business administration or marketing.

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế, quản trị kinh doanh, marketing.

4.Command with Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.

Giỏi về các công cụ văn phòng, Word, Excel, PPT.
