Detailed description of tasks and responsibilities:
Support full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,

benefits, learning & development and employee exits etc

1. Recruitment & selection

a. Compliance with the corporate recruitment processes and/or their adaptation to the

local requirements including appropriate document control

b. Analyzing the needs for new/additional staff

c. Knowledge of and use of Corporate Design relating to job adverts

d. Design, layout and posting of job adverts (online and print media); cooperation with

headhunters and HR consultants

e. Interviews and selection of adequate applicants in co-operation with the line

management

f. Regular contacts to authorities, schools, universities as part of search for the new

employees

g. Monitoring the local labor market

2. Onboarding of new employees

a. Compliance with the corporate/SEA onboarding process and/or its adaptation to the

local requirements including appropriate document control

b. Implementation of the onboarding process within the local organization unit

c. Monitoring and conducting feedback interviews after the probation period

3. Employee engagement to support retention and build high performing teams

a. Implementation of engagement programs within the local organization unit

b. Attend to HR-related inquiries from staff

4. Learning and development

a. Compliance with the corporate Annual Appraisal Interview (MIG) processes

including their implementation and appropriate document control

b. Work closely with SEA HRD to support management level and employees in all kind

of training activities (internal, external, social and professional skills)

c. Building up and maintaining contacts to local educational and training institutions

5. Employee Exit

a. Conducting and monitoring structured Employee Exit interviews with employees who

resigned on their own initiative

b. Update of exit codes in SAP HR or adequate system

6. Remunerations and benefits

a. Perform market analysis on remunerations and benefits for benchmarking

b. Review local policies and practices to ensure remuneration and benefits are market
- competitive and aligned with company value proposition and the branch’s financial

budget

c. Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc. including

statutory submission/claims

7. HR marketing and employer branding

a. Plan and organize internal and external HR marketing activities (intranet, social media,

job fairs, excursions, visits to schools, lectures, etc.)

8. Administrative

b. HR controlling (reporting of figures to the branch and SEA management level)

c. Maintaining and updating employees records, information and personal files in

accordance with Company policies and statutory guidelines
