- Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
- Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments as required.
- Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Apartment
- Assist Customer Service Representative (CSR) when required, help guest with check in, check out, etc.
- Ensures VIPs guests receive special attention.
- Ensure that guest complaints/comment are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the apartment dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from Management if needed
- Assists CSR in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
- Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
- Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit limit
- To conduct the room-check regularly to make sure that every room is perfect, unless need to contact with relevant department to resolve it right away and update information in the Log
- To assist customer when there is a medical request
- Meet VIPs, Regular guests and long staying guests upon arrival and ensures their allocated accommodation is satisfactory
- Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control.
- Take action in the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situations.
- Fully conversant with all apartment emergency procedures.
- To in charge Associates training and development
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Escalate abnormal matter and problem to superior and record into log book.
- To ensure the sufficient supply of stationery of FO team.
- To control the issuance of key cards.
- Ensure the precision and good operational system.
- Ensure cash float and credit card charges are correct in every shift.
