DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.
- Provide support to the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out as requirements.
- Provide, maintain and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices, equipment, and utilize them in day to day training.
- Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety.
- Ensure the contact personnel working on the property are in compliance with the company's policies and safety norms.
- Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and procedures.
- Assist to identify risk, assessment, and have an appropriate control/corrective action.
- Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, 5S, Kaizen, standards and HSE.
- Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
- Ability to analyze information logically and meticulously.
- Able to work on shift time schedule, include night timed.
