DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage overall social sentiment towards Shopee Xpress and work with PR/ risk management/ legal on crisis management if needed- Execute assigned marketing communication and crisis management tasks with high sense of urgency and accuracy- Coordinate with project stakeholders (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure timely and high quality delivery of all materials- Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on- Support team lead in conceptualizing and designing new initiatives to improve buyers/ sellers/ riders experience when using SPX service- Collect and analyze necessary data, tracking and monitoring project effectiveness & performance- Research, consolidate information, and analyze market trends/ competitors’ activities to propose new initiatives**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, or other relevant experience(s)- Good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect system- Good communication skills, demonstrated project management skills and have strong background in influencing multiple stakeholders- Target-oriented mindset to drive the project performance- Proactive and portrait strong interest to join the e-commerce industry- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn in a fast-pace industry- Good command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
