DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Coordinate with in-house teams (including Social Media/ Seller Engagement / Graphic Design/ and Online Marketing) to ensure all materials are delivered & airing with high-quality results on a timely manner- Coordinate with SPX CS and KAM team to understand sellers' wants & needs and improve seller satisfaction towards SPX service- Anticipate and troubleshoot during campaign push when issues arise; identify root causes and potential solutions to problems- Collect and analyze necessary data, tracking and monitoring project effectiveness & performance- Research, consolidate information, and analyze market trends/ competitors’ activities to propose new initiatives**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, or other relevant experience(s)- Good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect system- Good communication skills, demonstrated project management skills and have strong background in influencing multiple stakeholders- Target-oriented mindset to drive the project performance- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn in a fast-pace industry- Good command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
