- We are looking for Relationship Managers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

- Relationship Manager-China Corporate Banking role is mainly responsible for generating maximum profits consistent with both short
- and long-term objectives of the bank through sound development of potential business opportunities and maintenance of an active calling program for existing and prospective business relationships.
** Job Description
- Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers, including develop, manage, and monitor portfolio of large Chinese banking clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability, business growth and ensure a quality credit portfolio.
- Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers, who need financial services by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, understanding and trust; works to establish his/her role as a trusted advisor.
- Execute strategies to meet individual revenue targets set by the Bank and maximize the Bank’s profitability.
- Conduct credit analysis and review credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments.
- Understand the Bank's product information and prospect customer/industry.
- Visit and provide financial consultant/solution to customers.
- Oversee ARM/CA on credit analysis, write-up, recommendation.
- Coordinate customer and related parties to ensure customer service fulfilment.
- Summarize call report.
- Supervise and coach ARMs/CAs
- Coordinate with related parties to solve related credit policy, approval criteria, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
- Be able to perform project management for partnership projects between various departments under our Bank and Client which can be IT and/or non-IT type of work.

** Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, finance, or other banking elated products.
- 5 years’ experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry.
- Chinese or Vietnamese with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Preferably HSK 5-6) is required.
