1. HR strategy & General management / Về chiến lược nhân sự & Quản lý chung
- Leading the establishment of Human Resources Policies and monitor the implementation in hotel. Make sure the hotel policy is followed the local government employment regulations and labor law.

Xây dựng các chính sách nhân sự và giám sát việc thực hiện trong khách sạn. Đảm bảo các chính sách của khách sạn đtuân thủ theo luật lao động và các quy định về quan hê lao động.
- Maintain and develop Human Resources P&P, SOP, Hotel Organization Chart, HR forms etc. to ensure they are matching the updated laws and regulation and hotel situations.

Duy trì và phát triển các quy trình về Nhân sự, Sơ đồ tổ chức khách sạn, các biểu mẫu nhân sự, v.v. để đảm bảo chúng phù hợp với luật và vận hành của khách sạn.
- Guide and supervise the staff’s performance in HR department.

Hướng dẫn và giám sát hiệu quả công viêc của các nhân viên trong bộ phận nhân sự.
- Conduct Human Resources Department development and performance reviews, identifying key person for further development and structured career path.

Tiến hành đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên bộ phận, xác định những nhân sự chủ chốt để có kế hoạch đào tạo phát triển lâu dài.
- Prepare HR monthly report to hotel management.

Lập các báo cáo nhân sự hàng tháng cho ban lãnh đạo khách sạn.
- Provide a professional advice to General Manager and Executive Committee about HR strategy and policy.

Tư vấn chuyên môn cho Giám đốc Điều hành và Ban Giám Đốc về chiến lược và chính sách nhân sự
- Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

Tham gia vào việc lên các Kế hoạch Hoạt động và Kinh doanh của khách sạn
- Prepare Hotel Manning with all department heads.

Lên phương án nhân sự cùng các trưởng bộ phận.
- Prepare HR budget with Director of Finance/Chief accountant/Hotel Accountant and General Manager.

Lập ngân sách nhân sự cùng Giám đốc Tài chính / Kế toán trưởng / Phụ trách Kế toán Khách sạn và Giám đốc Điều hành
- Advise Hotel Management in controlling HR cost and implement as requested.

Tư vấn cho Ban Giám Đốc trong việc kiểm soát chi phí nhân sự và thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám Đốc.
- Conduct basic labor law and regulations training to ensure all department heads have the necessary knowledge about HR to perform their job more effectively.

Thực hiện đào tạo cơ bản về luật lao động và các quy định để đảm bảo tất cả các trưởng bộ phận có kiến thức cần thiết về nhân sự để thực hiện công việc điều hành hiệu quả hơn
- Perform the role of adviser, consultant to management and staff on HR field.

Thực hiện vai trò cố vấn, tư vấn cho ban lãnh đạo và nhân viên trong các vấn đề liên quan đến nhân sư

**2. Recruitment/Về tuyển dụng**:

- Choose the right recruitment channel and monitor the recruitment process to select the right team member according on the requirement of operation and market situation.

Lựa chọn kênh tuyển dụng phù hợp và theo dõi quá trình tuyển dụng để lựa chọn đúng ứng viên theo yêu cầu vận hành và dựa trên thị trường lao động.
- Conduct interview on key position levels.

Thực hiện phỏng vấn các cấp vị trí chủ chốt
- Build a good relationship with universities, colleges, vocational schools, etc. to have backup labor force for hotel

Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với các trường đại học, cao đẳng, dạy nghề... để có nguồn lao động dự phòng cho khách sạn.

- Establish and maintain a competitive salary and benefits systems.

Thiết lập và duy trì hệ thống lương và phúc lợi cạnh tranh.
- Establish and implement Team member Recognition programs

Thiết lập và thực hiện các chương trình khuyến khích, khen thưởng nhân viên.
- Prepare and monitor staff labor contract, staff movement, promotion, etc. and related documents
