**Job summary**:
Adecco Vietnam is supporting our client - a leading firm in Securities/Investment industry looking for a Human Resources Director.

**Responsibilities**:
Build a human resource management team:

- Build a functional map of the HR block
- Human resource planning, human resource management
- Design and build processes and operating principles for the resource development and management system.

Human resource development:

- HR Development
- Research and develop strategies to develop potential human resources, in line with the Company's general development strategy.
- Directing and supervising the construction of recruitment brand, building an effective recruitment management system.

HR policy system:

- HR Policies
- Develop plans on salary, reward and welfare regimes for employees
- Develop appropriate policies to attract, develop and retain talented people
- Formulate and develop regulations and policies as a basis for human resource management activities.

Human resource management system platform:

- HR Platform
- Lead the implementation and digitization of the Company's operating system including data system, digital tool system
- Building organizational structure and personnel system of departments and branches
- Develop and implement a system for assessing the quality of staff.
- Capacity building, management and quality supervision of human resources:

- Support the Division Directors, the leaders of the departments to build and develop the successor team
- Organize a program to survey the level of satisfaction with the working environment
- Develop and implement programs and activities to increase employee engagement
- Control compliance, develop strategies to respond to changes, control resource risks.

**Experience requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 5-8 years of experience in similar positions in the fields of securities - investment, finance and banking or businesses with a size of 2000 NS or more

Ability:

- Knowledge of laws and legal procedures on labor relations, personnel, salary, regimes and policies
- Flexible and adaptive skills
- Analyze and solve problems
- Knowledge of labor, employment, insurance, tax laws and regulations
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Sensitivity when assessing and adjusting so that the human factor can bring out the best in business and cooperation
- Technology skills in the field of human resource management
- Effective communication skills, tact and listening, motivating
- Skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting
- Effective organization and implementation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Skills in coaching, consulting, recruitment and selection.
