Giờ làm việc: Giờ hành chính, T2 - T6

Bạn sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với người dùng (Clients) các phòng ban, để có được sự hiểu biết về hệ thống/ phần mềm đang dùng; Nhằm hỗ trợ tốt các vấn đề trong quá trình sử dụng hàng ngày và các yêu cầu theo nhu cầu phát triển của công ty.

Chi tiết:

- Theo dõi và xử lý các sự cố gây ảnh hưởng đến công việc của người dùng. Hỗ trợ chính xác cho tất cả các yêu cầu, từ vấn đề đến giải pháp, bao gồm trả lời các thắc mắc của người dùng.
- Thực hiện kiểm thử, phát triển các ứng dụng CNTT; biên soạn tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng các phần mềm và xử lý các tình huống phát sinh.
- Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan, thành viên dự án và/ hoặc nhà cung cấp để xây dựng giải pháp phần mềm theo yêu cầu đặc thù của công ty để phục vụ kinh doanh.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng: CNTT hoặc chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Có khoảng 1 năm kinh nghiệm hoặc nếu chưa có, cần có định hướng làm việc trong lĩnh vực phát triển và triển khai các ứng dụng, hệ thống CNTT và hệ thống ERP. Kinh nghiệm trong mảng giáo dục là một lợi thế (không bắt buộc)
- Khả năng hoặc kiến thức lập trình ứng dụng công nghệ Cloud, Web, Mobile & Database và/ hoặc kỹ năng phân tích nghiệp vụ
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh trình độ đọc, hiểu, viết tài liệu
