**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting
- Summary initiatives result for all provinces by weekly, monthly.
- Responsible for comparing payout results with sales team and in charge of solving issue related to the monthly promotion
- Checking & tracking budget of each initiatives by monthly/Quarterly
- Collecting initiative proposals monthly from the Sales team.
- Gift tracking:
- Distribute gift according to each program to customer
- Process with other departments to purchase all products related to Commercial Initiatives (Financial/Supply/Purchasing/Ops )
- Compilation of documents related to allocate and giving gifts to customers to ensure that the gifts are deployed to the right customer.
- Stock control:
- Manage all Trade & Marketing products: POSM, Uniform, gift
- Balance & distribute gifts according to actual inventory and target in each area.
- Document:
- Working closely with Legal & Fin team to process MOIT registration by monthly
- Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in Sales Admin, Data management or Accounting, prefer experiences in Sales Admin on FMCGs fields
- Bachelor degree in Statistics or Business Administrations/Accounting.
- MS word, excel, google spreadsheet, stakeholder communication & management.
- Basic English
