**Mô tả công việc**:

- Preparing products and managing inventory at the online platform (Shopee/Lazada/Tiki).
- Preparing images and content to upload the products and stock to sell on the online platform (Shopee/Lazada/Tiki)
- Create and design a banner to inform a customer about new products, services, or special offer
- Create an effective sale promotion monthly on the platform
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on the packing process
- Investigates and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
- Answer live online chat and assist clients with general questions & product questions (within the same business day)
- Follows up with the customer after delivery; satisfaction and review of the products; requests photography of the products (if can)
- Other duties as assigned

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 1 year of experience
- Proficient (Intermediate) skills in MS Office software, Photoshop (Basic)
- Intermediate skilled in managing social networks and online sales portals
- Multi-tasking with effective time management skills.
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and positive/fun attitude that reflects our company values.
- Communicate in English or Thai
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork

**Quyền lợi**:

- Salary: 8,000,000 - 9,000,000 VND
