1. Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng, đăng bài giới thiệu sản phẩm lên các nền tảng bán hàng trực tuyến như Shopee, Tiki, Lazada hoặc các trang mạng xã hội như Facebook, Zalo, Youtube...

2. Tư vấn, trả lời phản hồi và thắc mắc của khách hàng về những sản phẩm, dịch vụ.

Consulting and responding to customer feedback and questions about products and services

3. Xác nhận và chốt đơn của khách hàng

Confirm and close customer orders

4. Chuẩn bị đơn hàng, phối hợp với dịch vụ vận chuyển gửi hàng hóa cho khách

Prepare orders, coordinate with shipping services to send goods to customers

5. Giám sát các hoạt động đặt hàng cũng như quá trình nhận hàng của khách để đảm bảo đơn hàng được giao thành công.

Monitor order activities as well as customer receipt processes to ensure orders are delivered successfully.

6. Chịu trách nhiệm với mục tiêu doanh số được đặt ra

Take responsibility for set sales goals/ target

7. Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh trực tuyến cho cấp trên

Report online business results to superiors

8. Có kinh nghiệm chạy ads, key words, Quản trị fanpage, website truyền thông, sàn thương mại điện tử.

Experienced in running ads, key words, managing fanpage, media website, e-commerce platform

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng, Đại Học trong bất kỳ ngành nào và ứng viên có kinh nghiệm, ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm

Degree or Diploma in any disciplines and those with extensive experience. Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience

2. Biết sử dụng máy tính, đặc biệt là Microsoft Excel.

Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
