Liaise with clients/ GBL for all correspondence including inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders, payment

Strengthen relationship with clients; receive their feedbacks and have proper actions; coordinate with Vietnam Hardlines Lab Manager to settle client complains and claims.

Initiate promotion schemes and other marketing activities

Support Administrators with invoices, reports if required

Continuous updating and filing of all document in Vietnam Hardlines Lab including File Management Checklist.

Support the Section Heads and Sector Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Heads and Sector Manager.
