**Job Description**:
To lead the cost management consultancy service.
- Lead commissions
- Interface directly with client’s stakeholders and be the day-to-day point of contact for commission involved
- Lead a team of various disciplines.
- Be fully responsible for deliverables in accordance with scope of service, timeline and client’s expectation
- Provide guidance/ training to team members

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Construction economics, engineering/ construction management
- More than 10 years of experience
- Experience in high-rise building and mixed-use development consists of hotel, retail and office functions.
- Experience with international clients/ projects
- Experience in leading projects and team
- Experience/knowledge and understanding of various disciplines including Civil, Architecture, Structure and MEP
- Experience in all aspects of cost and contract management
- Excellence in English communication skills
