OBJECTIVE
Lead and develop the Domestic Sale team.
PERSONAL COMPETENCY
Result/solution driven, focused on cooperation, leadership, strong in business strategy, brand, marketing, cost and system thinking, spotting trends, penetrating mind (finding root causes), risk and uncertainty avoidant, preferably background in Agricultural, FMCG, F&B industry.

2. Education
- Vietnamese or Foreigner with University Degree.
- This position can speak, listen, writing English
- Good knowledge of Business acumen
- Excellence in regression analysis, logic, data skill, cost
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Bitrix, outlook
- Excellent knowledge of Vietnam market such as regions/area
3. Experience in
- Experience in Sale Director or Senior Manager
- Experience at least 5 years up
- Experience in Agricultural, F&B, FMCG industry
- Experience in National sale
- Work independently and under high pressure
- Good experience in Vietnam market
