(Mức lương: 12 - 18 triệu VNĐ)
- Manage shop and implement business activities on E-commerce (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada)
- Responsible for the activities of the booth in charge including images, product content, inventory, feedback, and reviews
- Consulting, customer care, handling complaints.
- Monitor and implement sales program setup, banner images, interfaces, products to develop e-commerce channels.
- Planning booth development, implementing marketing campaigns and promotions on a monthly and quarterly basis to achieve sales goals
- Coordinate with teams (Brand, Ads, Logistics,...) to ensure that store operations take place efficiently and optimally
- Regularly research the market, update trends, propose to develop promotional policies and marketing campaigns according to trends and consumer behavior on e-commerce sites
- Report work, sales figures periodically at the request of management.

- Chị trách nhiệm về các hoạt động của gian hàng phụ trách bao gồm hình ảnh, nội dung sản phẩm, tồn kho, phản hồi, đánh giá.
- Tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng, xử lý khiếu nại.
- Theo dõi và triển khai thiết lập chương trình bán hàng, hình ảnh banner, giao diện, sản phẩm để phát triển kênh thương mại điện tử.
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển gian hàng, triển khai các chiến dịch tiếp thị, khuyến mãi theo tháng, theo quý nhằm đạt mục tiêu bán hàng
- Phối hợp với các Team (Brand, Ads, Logistics,...) để đảm bảo các hoạt động của gian hàng diễn ra hiệu quả và tối ưu
- Thường xuyên nghiên cứu thị trường, cập nhật xu hướng, đề xuất xây dựng chính sách khuyến mãi và các chiến dịch tiếp thị theo xu hướng, hành vi người tiêu dùng trên các trang TMDT
- Báo cáo công việc, số liệu bán hàng định kỳ theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 2 - 3 year experience handle ecom platform products upload and liaise with platform KAM for Flash sales and sellout campaign
- Experience manage ecom platform weekly and monthly mega campaign and campaign Ads
- Knowledgeable about the online retail market, especially experienced in developing Malls on e-commerce platforms (Shoppe, Lazada, Tiki...).
- Skill use MS Office, especially Excel and other reporting tools.
- Responsible, proactive in work, hard to learn, and sociable.
- Kinh nghiệm 2-3 năm xử lý các sản phẩm trên nền tảng thương mại điện tử (Shoppe, Lazada, Tiki...) tải lên và liên lạc với nền tảng KAM cho các chiến dịch bán hàng Flash sales và bán hết hàng.
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý chiến dịch mega platform hàng tuần, hàng tháng và quảng cáo chiến dịch
- Am hiểu về thị trường bán lẻ online, đặc biệt có kinh nghiệm phát triển Mall trên các nền tảng TMDT (Shoppe, Lazada, Tiki...).
- kỹ năng MS Office, đặc biệt là Excel và các công cụ báo cáo khác.
- Có trách nhiệm, chủ động trong công việc, chịu khó học hỏi và hòa đồng.
