Our Vietnam office is looking for a Contract Logistics Distribution Manager to join their Contract Logistics team.
- ** Your Role **:You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
Our primary objective will be to manage the entire domestic distribution network along with asset allocation and assessment in accordance with the overall strategic plan with a high focus on gaining + retaining customers.
- To expand and strengthen our transport network along with driving the business development of transportation activities in BUCL.
- To manage performance in order to achieve agreed client service levels + costs within budgetary requirements.
- To work with key vendors to bring onboard K-N initiatives
- To implement strategic property procurement and outsource services to create efficiencies + sustainability.
- To lead the implementation and post-purchase monitoring processes to ensure a continuous improvement culture is established + maintained.
- To ensure a safe a+ compliant environment in line with both internal standards + external regulations

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor degree or above
- A minimum of 05 years of domestics’ transportation middle level management experience.
- Good communication and influencing/ negotiation skills
- Work under multi-cultural and high pressure working environment
- Strategic mind-set in proactively developing effective, long-term solutions for our customers, incorporating latest industry trends, and delivering continuous improvement
- Ability of managing multiple tasks under time pressure with positive attitude
