**Job summary**:
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in both human pharma & animal health, is looking for Logistic & Distribution Manager flexibly working in office & warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for all activities of warehouse and ensure the accuracy of inbound, outbound and inventory.
- Plan, instruct and monitor all warehouse operations. Ensure goods are stored accurately, safety and efficiency space utilization.
- Ensure all warehouse staff have proper training and coaching in order to implement exactly following company’s procedures & regulations.
- Keep track all warehouse operations to assure compliance with the procedures, regulations. Provide training & coaching employees if necessary.
- Be responsible for the integrity of the storage goods and conduct cycle count, periodic count, collation, reconciling with data storage system.
- Investigate the root causes of inventory deviations (excess, missing stock, etc.) or related arising issues and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Report all deviations, missing, damages stock to higher managers right after finding out the detection.
- Be responsible for Facility Management: technical maintenance (electrical systems, fire security systems, etc.
- Manage operations with 3PL on daily basis and Identify logistics improvement.
- Optimize logistics and transportation to minimize distribution cost.
- Provide input to support contract negotiation with logistics service providers.
- Manage inbound port to warehouse distribution and customs clearance processes.
- Receive any duties and be responsible for implementation when assigned by the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 7 working years of experience in warehouse and logistics management with 3 years at leadership role.
- Extensive know-how in SAP APO and in MS Excel - analytics and mass data processing
- Flexible enough to work on warehouse operations during weekend, stock count and audit preparation, goods receiving during the weekend
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in native language and in English language
- Communicates effectively results and project status both internally and externally
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, is able to judge when more information is needed, where to obtain it and to draw sound conclusions from available information
- Demonstrates mature judgement and strong decision making skills regarding project and product issues
- Recruits, develops, coaches and executes performance management for assigned staff
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality in all work. Sets high goals for standards, performance for oneself and others. Plans, does, checks, acts
- Good negotiation and effective influencing skills. Develops and maintains constructive relationships internally and externally
- Willingness to travel

**Education requirements**:

- Intermediate/ College/ University Pharmacy degree (preferable) OR University degree in Economics, Foreign trade, Logistics & Supply Chain
