- Oversee the end-to-end process of employee compensation and benefits
- Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowances, and working information for employees
- Conduct follow-ups on contract renewals and oversee the management of employment contracts, ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws and company policies

**-General Affairs**:

- Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)
- Japanese is N3-N2 level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on C&B
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Understanding of local governmental policies, regulations, and labor laws
