**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
The Human Resources team plays a crucial organizational role in Creatory by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Creatory’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
**B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and culture.
- Assist in the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management issues.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing company events.
**C, REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in small companies or startups, with exposure to CnB, TA, and Administrative tasks.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to embrace change and drive innovation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
