We are seeking an Admission Manager for our client's school who will lead the team that supports prospective parents and families in their journey from awareness through inquiry to enrollment in the School, as well as to drive meaningful connections between the School and the community served by the School. The position will report to the Director of Enrollment & Communications, will work closely with many other department heads of the School and supervise any Admissions Associates.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues on all Admissions materials and Admission-related events & promotions
- Schedule, engage and personally tour all prospective families applying
- Manage revisits for admitted students by training student buddies and preparing faculty, planning lunch and arranging faculty and current students to meet with visitors based on student interests
- Assess file materials such as interview notes, transcripts, letters of recommendations and standardized testing, to make informed admissions decisions and to advise leadership
- Provide guidance on course requirements, tuition fees, deposits, taster days, uniforms and other issues to both students and other members of the Admissions team.
- Ensure all School areas related to admissions: reception, coffee shop, lobby areas, and admissions meeting rooms are organized, clean, professional and welcoming
- Prepare and send out decision and admissions welcome packs
- Train, mentor, coach and develop Admissions Associates and Student Ambassadors to lead school tours and support the admissions process to a desired standard
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational consultants, placement directors and feeder kindergartens and schools as appropriate
- Observe classes to become familiar with the curriculum and ensure complete familiarity, understanding and conversant in the Dwight history, and story for Hanoi and globally
- Represent the school by attending school fairs and visiting individual schools
- Maintain applicants’ digital folders submitted, obtain final transcripts for incoming students, transfer files to the Registrar Office
- Plan new parent events
- Assist in the production of management reports and analysis, including Admissions stats over the summer before a new school year begins

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or Administration
- 2 + years of admissions experience in school admissions or 5+ years of key account management work in a different industry
- Flexible and agile working style suitable for a greenfield school operations
- Strong drive for organizational improvements
- Team oriented and spirited

Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English

**Salary**: From 40,000,000₫ per month
