- Plan and conduct CRM strategies to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty./ Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các chiến lược CRM để giữ chân khách hàng hiện tại, tăng lòng trung thành với thương hiệu.
- Develop creative ideas, strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the loyal customers./ Phát triển các ý tưởng, chiến lược sáng tạo để đảm bảo cách tiếp cận hiệu quả nhất cho khách hàng trung thành.
- Analyze customer data and propose changes to improve the effectiveness of acquisition, retention, and upselling programs./ Phân tích dữ liệu khách hàng và đề xuất các thay đổi để nâng cao hiệu quả của các chương trình thu hút, giữ chân và bán thêm.
- Work closely with Marketing team to deliver client communication schemes./ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhóm Tiếp thị để đưa ra các kế hoạch truyền thông với khách hàng.
- Manage, control and analysis Customer Database./ Quản lý, kiểm soát và phân tích cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng.
- Conduct market research/surveys to explore new insights/market study, and to come up with reasonable improvement solutions./ Tiến hành nghiên cứu/khảo sát thị trường để khám phá những hiểu biết/nghiên cứu thị trường mới và đưa ra các giải pháp cải tiến hợp lý.
- Regularly perform customer/market analysis for upcoming campaigns or certain requests./ Thường xuyên thực hiện phân tích khách hàng/thị trường cho các chiến dịch sắp tới hoặc các yêu cầu nhất định.
- Deliver reports and analytics as required by managers./ Cung cấp các báo cáo và phân tích theo yêu cầu của người quản lý.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Fluent in English
- At least 2-3 years’ experience/Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm.
- Good experience in CRM. Data-oriented work experience with good analytical capabilities is a plus./ Có kinh nghiệm tốt về CRM. Kinh nghiệm làm việc định hướng dữ liệu với khả năng phân tích tốt là một lợi thế.
- Good at Data analysis and Reporting, Communication & Negotiation skills./ Kỹ năng phân tích và báo cáo dữ liệu, giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment./ Sẵn sàng học hỏi trong môi trường năng động.
