**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:
- **Position Summary**:
- The Compliance & Improvement Manager oversees the ongoing collection, analysis, auditing, and reporting of sales-related processes to enhance sales compliance both field and office. By collaborating closely with the supporting team, distributors owner and sales field, the manager identifies potential risks for KC. The role requires proactive management to ensure all key areas undergo thorough reviews and that any identified risks are addressed with clear, actionable improvement plans.
- This position is also responsible for developing and implementing standardized methodologies and business processes that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, upholds the highest standards of regulatory adherence and operational excellence.
- **Accountabilities**:
- ** **Audit & risk assessment: Conduct comprehensive audits in collaboration with sales supporting team, sales field and distributor to ensure compliance and efficiency across all sales channels. The main goal is to identify risks and ensure compliance, resulting in improved operational integrity and adherence to legal and company standards.
- Process & compliance improvement: Regularly review and enhance sales processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Develop innovative solutions to streamline operations and optimize performance. To achieve streamlined, effective, and compliant sales operations, leading to improved performance metrics and operational excellence.
- Distributor P&L: Collaborate with sales field and distributors to monitor and analyze the distributor’ P&L statements. This initiative aims to cultivate financially healthy distributors by identifying and implementing strategies to enhance their profitability. Comprehensive P&L records for all distributors. A set of actionable recommendations tailored to each distributor to optimize their financial health and profitability.

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in administrator, operation, finance & control related areas, and at least 5 years’ exposure to distributor management.
- Ability to perform complex analysis
- Ability to provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience and obtain consensus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and DMS system
