Objection

**Responsibilities**:
The Business Developer is responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals by developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with clients and partners in custom SaaS or supply chain solutions (ERP/WMS/EDI).

Detail:

- Active identifying the potential customers, approaching and taking necessary actions to win the projects such as:

- Conducting meetings with customers to present the company, our capabilities, service and product.
- Creating a proposal based on the existing technical solutions or studying a potential technology solution for the client’s needs.
- Cooperating with delivery team to conduct feasibility study or proof of concept/pilot project with clients (presentations, demos and trade shows)
- Attending conferences/events/associations to generate leads, convert leads to opportunities, deals, and close the deals
- Submitting feasible and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Attracting new customers, finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Performing general tasks assigned by CEO.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Having at least 3 years' experiencein Tech sector, SaaS related Business Development Skills, preferably in IT Outsource focus on global market or experience in sales, marketing or related field and have knowledge of IT solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Language: English must be excellent(Advance, preferably Vietnamese used to live/work in other countries),
- Strong presentation skills, negotiation, cost efficient mindset and entrepreneurship.
- Result-oriented.
- Strong commitment.
- Excellent in communication
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Open-minded, listening, proactive, dedicated and handling uncertainty.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Industry: Software development services and supply chain, logistic solutions (EDI/WMS) and related software sale.
- Handling in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions. This will require a high level of knowledge of the software industry and technology trends.
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.
