**BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (BUV)**

British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and Staffordshire University. **POSITION PURPOSE**

In this role, you will be collaborating with Marketing & Communications team leaders and team members to carry out administrative tasks according to BUV policies.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Follow up with the administrative steps within the procurement process as aligned with job PIC: Inputting Sourcing Request _(SR)_ / Raise Procurement Approval _(PA)_ / Contract alignment / Payment handling _(Advanced Payment & Liquidation)_
- Coordinate with Event Team to monitor Marcom Merchandise warehouse: Goods receipt; Stock check; Goods release according to approved Merchandise requests. Check and fulfill Merchandise corners across University.
- Plan, coordinate and arrange for MKT team’s meetings and gatherings.
- Support logistics (transportation, meals stationary ) for Marketing events.
- Support logistics requests by Marcom team leaders/team members.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager

**POSITION SPECIFICATIONS**
