**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a highly talented Chief Operating Officer to join our dynamic team in the web3 industry. Our project plans to operate independently. Your responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational capabilities.
- Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize operational performance, including cost management.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, promoting its brand and services.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Professional Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
- Prior experience in sales or pre-sales in the software industry, high-tech products.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in operational roles.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making, with the ability to leverage insights to inform business strategy.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and drive organizational change initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are preferred.

**Qualities and Skills**:

- Sales mindset.
- Intelligent, quick, and loyal.
- Proficient in English.
- Enthusiastic, diligent, ready to dedicate 100% effort to work.

**Preferred**:

- Currently investing in a specific channel: Stocks, Real Estate, Crypto.
- Understanding of Crypto is an advantage.
- Experience in participating in startups is a plus.
- Knowledge of the product life cycle is advantageous.
- Previous work experience abroad is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing is advantageous.
- Possession of investment certificates such as CFA, CPA... or management certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP is advantageous.
