- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Fitness & Lifestyle Group will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the operations, and driving the growth of the organization. The CEO will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the group's vision and objectives._

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
- Set clear goals and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic plan.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness and lifestyle group.
- Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.
- Implement operational policies, processes, and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.

**Business Development and Growth**:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies.
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement necessary measures.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective financial planning and management.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide mentorship and support for professional growth and development.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

**Branding and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
