**BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (BUV)**

British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and Staffordshire University. BUV is rated a 5 Star university of excellence by the world ecognized QS accreditor and is also ecognized with a University-wide accreditation from the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Support SR representatives with administrative tasks to maximize their efficiency and productivity: including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing and updating customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events.

**Personal Requirements**

**(Essential)**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events or projects.

**(Desirable)**
- Basic understanding of sales processes and terminology is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
