TEMP - ASSISTANT TO M&A ADVISORY DIRECTOR (JOB NUMBER: IBA000021)

**Position Purpose**

To assist in origination and execution of corporate finance related advisory transactions in Vietnam with a key focus on M&A cross-border.

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparation of M&A marketing material and execution of M&A transactions;
- Assist in research and analysis (on clients, industries, market data etc);
- Assist team on presentations/ data analysis;
- Provide translation of Vietnamese/domestic Content (e.g. sector information, company profiles ) to regional M&A and Advisory teams, as well as Integrated Sector teams in SEA/APAC, when needed.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Support administrative manager to do administrative task if necessary.

**Technical and Behavioral Competencies required**
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Hardworking, team work;
- Knowledge in accounting and financial modelling;
- Good interpersonal character, good team work.

**Experience and Qualifications required**
- At least 1 year experience with International Auditing Firms (Big 4 is preferrable) or Corporate Finance Advisory Dept. of a local securities;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance;
- Fully proficient in written/spoken English and Vietnamese
